No! Free on-site parking is always available, and our dedicated parking team will guide you to a spot upon arrival.

Twinkle Town is a hayride, dazzling interactive music, and light experience. Ticketed guests will also love our winter walk-through filled with lights and photo opportunities! In addition, families can spend time in our Midway enjoying activities, food, and getting photos with our Christmas characters.

Yes! We welcome guests of all mobility levels to enjoy the holiday magic.

• Accessibility: Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed, though please note that some trails and natural areas are a bit more difficult to navigate.
• Wagons: We highly encourage families to bring all-terrain wagons.

Yes! Enjoy festive favorites available for purchase at our concession stands. Hot chocolate and apple cider are also available for purchase and are the perfect way to warm you up!

Twinkle Town’s default position is to remain open. However, if the weather becomes too severe and conditions become unsafe, we will close. Announcements and updates will be posted on our website and social media pages. If we do close due to weather, you may transfer your tickets to another operating night.

For safety and insurance reasons, pets are not permitted on the property (with the exception of certified service animals).

Yes, public restroom facilities are available on-site for all guests.

Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos and share your memories. There are LOTS of photo opportunities and interactive character experiences. If you are looking for a place to capture the perfect Christmas card photo, we have you covered!

We are designed for you to come and spend as much time as you want to enjoy the full experience. Your ticket allows you to cherish the time with your family at leisure during our operating hours.

Twinkle Town does not offer refunds, but tickets may be exchanged for a different night or a different time. The deadline to make an exchange is 2 hours before we open on the night the ticket is for. To exchange your tickets:

• Step 1: Open your confirmation email.
• Step 2: Click “Manage Tickets”.
• Step 3: Click “Transfer Tickets”.
• Step 4: Select the date (which will be the date of your ticket if you are simply changing your arrival time).
• Step 5: Select the arrival time.
• Exchange Fees: Ticket transfers for the same price are free and do not carry any additional fees.

Yes. All guests must review and accept our digital “Waiver and Release Agreement” to enter Twinkle Town.

• Online Purchases: When you buy your tickets online, you will check a box during checkout to agree to the waiver.
• On-Site: Our Code of Conduct is posted on a sign located between the parking lot and the Box Office. This sign includes a QR code that links directly to our digital waiver.

Yes. Twinkle Town accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards (including American Express) anywhere you need to make an on-site purchase.

No. All patrons over the age of 3 years old are required to purchase a ticket to enter the venue.

To ensure a safe and festive environment for all patrons and staff, please adhere to our venue guidelines:

• Substances: No drugs or alcohol are allowed on site.
• Disorderly Conduct: Disorderly conduct such as foul language and threats of violence will not be tolerated.
• Zero Tolerance: If you violate our code of conduct (posted on a sign before you get to the Box Office), you will be removed from the venue without a refund.
• Security: To ensure the safety of our patrons and our staff, Twinkle Town will have a representative from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department onsite.
